Refund Policy

• All collectibles are quoted in USD or RM, unless otherwise stated.

• No returns policy: All products sold are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable for other products. 

• For any successful cancellation and monetary refund, a 5% admin charge of the amount to be refunded will be charged to customers to cover all administrative and postage costs.

• Spielzeugtoyz will ship or allow collection of the products only to the original buyer.

• Before buying, it is the customer’s responsibility to check and confirm whether the collectible is allowed to be sold and shipped to their mailing address. No freight forwarder or PO Box addresses will be allowed.

• Collectibles are available on a pre-order basis. This means that the customer is required to pay a deposit up front and the final payment once the product is complete.

• The images used in promotional materials and on the store are of the samples only and have been approved by the commisioner. As collectibles are not mass produced items, there may be small differences between the prototype and the final product. 

• Customers must be aware that Spielzeugtoyz will not accept refund requests based on differences between the promotional images and the final product. 

• Final release date of this product is subject to delays from the manufacturer or approvals.
